Led by Tera, assisted by the Council of the Elder and one Ambassador, the
order strives to keep the forces of 'good' and 'evil' in balance. Arcadain
founded the Order with this purpose, as well as the for the protection of
the Elven race, believing them to be superior beings. To this day, Elves
are considered important and to be protected wherever necessary and
reasonable, however it is no longer necessary to regard them as superior.
Membership is attained by pledging to honour the cause of the Order. It is
usual to have a Grey refer a prospective member, however most hurdles are
surmountable.
