History
Many years ago, when Ashwood was a small grove of trees, Sirius was
wandering through Darkwell. As he wandered he sang a song to himself. He was
happy for he had just found he was to be a father. He wandered into the then
small sea front town of Moorgate, and down to the dog on the docks where he
met his friends and told them of his days hunting. They all congratulated
him on the coming of his child and they sat around drinking. Suddenly, a cry
shot through Moorgate. Trolls were attacking! Reaching for their weapons,
the three friends dived out of the door and head for eastern gates of
Moorgate. As they neared, they saw the advancing troops.
Climbing a tree, Minden, a ranger, readied his bow, while Sirius and Taxan
wrapped themselves into the shadows. As the group of trolls neared, Minden
took aim, and performed a stunning head shot, killing the troll at the front
of the line. The trolls, not the cleverest beasts, charged the trees where
Minden was hidden. As they started to club the base of the tree he was in,
Sirius and Taxan emerged swiftly from the trees. Taxan, an ancient mage,
quickly chanted a spell and held a troll, while Sirius charged it. In one
foul blow the trollĖs head was send flying. Meanwhile, Minden was busy
picking of the troll reserves, now charging up the hill. Sirius turned to
see 4 trolls advancing him, knowing he could not take them all at once, he
back flipped, right over Taxans head, who spun round to face the trolls.
!Elius Maximus Voltious Chargeious! he chanted and a rush of electricity ran
from his fingers, slaying all 4 trolls at once. The remaining two trolls
started running back down the hill, but Minden soon took care of them.
Walking back to town they started talking. There was one thing they all
agreed, and with the birth of his son near Sirius felt strongly about this.
Moorgate needed help, a group of people dedicated to the eradication of all
threats toward the citizens. At that moment they vowed to protect moorgate
to the death. In this dark and murky time these three friends formed the
clan of Sirius, and had one aim, to rid the lands of all troll life, at any
cost.
