Barbarians’ Mentorship Program

There will be mentors for different skills; Hunting, Survival and Bloodlust. Each of the three Assistant Path Leaders (APL) will have complete control over their discipline without peer, excluding the Path Leader. You don't pass their test? You try until you do. Each new student will have to pass a test from each of the three Assistant Path Leader's, and then, if they choose to become a mentor, pass the Path Leaders' test. He or she will talk to each Assistant Path Leader from time to time to see how they test as a check, and fix, or replace, as necessary.

If this all seems too hard, or to tough, or too brutal, you do not begin to comprehend what it is to be a barbarian or berserker.

If a student fails a test, it’s not his fault, he tried. It’s the Assistant Path Leader's fault, for not preparing them better. They may train new students however they see fit, through seminars, hunts, or trial and error, it makes no difference, but if the students fail, it is on the mentor’s shoulders, not theirs. Students are not a reflection of one mentor, they are a reflection of all they meet and have learned from.
